Meet Daniel!

Daniel is a dedicated supervisor at Adapt, where he brings his passion for education to oversee our newly established Pre-Vocational Programme, ensuring that it provides valuable opportunities for skill development and vocational readiness.

Additionally, as the Physical Education (PE) coordinator, Daniel demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our students by designing PE classes that target various skills.

With a decade of experience at Adapt, Daniel has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. He has organised and facilitated numerous in-house training sessions, contributing significantly to the development and growth of the Adapt team.

Meet Arwen!

Arwen Ho is one of our supervisors who oversees the everyday operation of the centre. Arwen obtained her Psychology degree and has been working with special needs children for more than 10 years.

“I love working with children as they are angels to me. All children are unique in their own learning way.

Exploring different learning method and supervising their progress are always motivating, and these remind me to keep myself updated with new knowledge.”

Meet Yian Lun!

Yian Lun, Wong, holds an MSc. Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism from Russell Sage College, New York. Through her years of experience working with special needs children, she has learned that every child is unique in their own way and has a chance to excel in life.

In Adapt, she works closely with all stakeholders to develop curriculums that are individualised to each child’s needs.

As a commitment to her continuing professional development, she also practices the social thinking methodology, which aims to teach social concepts and strategies for a lifetime of well-being.

As such, she aspires to create an environment for children with ASD to help them reach their highest potential.

Meet Grace!

Grace Cheng is our supervisor who designs and oversees programmes that cater to the children’s individual needs. She has been working alongside children with special needs for 6 years, holding a Psychology degree.

She believes God made every child uniquely, and they all deserve a chance to learn and achieve their full potential. Being able to see each child grow has been a great blessing and encouragement for her.

Meet Wan Mei!

Wan Mei, Teo, is our lead supervisor for our EIP programme and works hard to ensure our kids have lots of learning through play!

With extensive experience in working with special needs, her passions lie in guiding them to building a strong foundation in both life and academic skills.

Meet Jen Lyn!

Jen Lyn, Chua, is our supervisor here at Adapt and currently leads our Circle Time curriculum and oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for our clients.

She is currently working towards her QASP-S Certification and takes on a scaffolding approach to her teaching.

Fun Fact(s): She first joined us as an intern in 2012, and can speak conversational Khmer.

Meet Eunice!

Eunice Yee is our supervisor in the Academic Programme. She oversees academic curriculum, objectives, and lesson plans to ensure students learn functional skills in classes.

She holds a Masters in Child Psychology and a Masters in Counselling, and has been working with our children for 5 years.

She believes students can learn to their fullest potential by identifying their needs and intentions.

With a warm and humble approach, Eunice aims to foster a supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

Meet Li Tong!

Li Tong, Tan, is one of our newest supervisors at Adapt! Her expertise in Early Childhood Education also played a crucial role in our Saturday Play Groups.

Currently, Li Tong is pursuing becoming a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner (QASP-S). She is passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential, regardless of their abilities!

Meet Wei Lun!

Wei Lun, Goh, is our supervisor who designs and supervises the individualised ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis) programmes, IEP (Individualised Education Plan) and BIP (Behaviour Intervention Plan) for our children.

He is a certified QASP-S (Qualified Autism Service Practitioner – Supervisor) under the QABA board and has been working with special needs children for 5 years.

With his dedication, Wei Lun ensures that each child receives tailored support and guidance to achieve their goals.
